Rates for specializing in clinical supervision, psychotherapy, consultation, and tailored workshops are established at the contract phase. Please find the rates for psychotherapy below:

 

$150 for initial session usually a 60-minute session
$120 for follow up sessions usually a 45-minute session
$65 for a late cancellation (less than 24-hour notice) or no show and must be paid before the next appointment can be conducted

There are other fees for services such as, but not limited to, reports, phone consultations longer than 15 minutes, and testimony that will be discussed by request.

 

Insurance 
I currently accept CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and Magellan. Services may be reimbursed in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I will provide you with a receipt that can be used for reimbursement purposes. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

 

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required by my primary care physician?

 

Reduced Fee 
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

 

Payment 
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

 

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $65 cancellation fee.
