Dr. Warren Miller is a licensed clinical social worker practicing clinical consulting services in the metro Washington, D.C. area. Dr. Miller earned his Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2008 from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas and his Masters of Social Work in 2009 from Howard University. Dr. Miller completed his Doctoral of Philosophy degree in Social Work at Walden University.
Dr. Miller pursued his graduate social work license (LGSW) and worked as a clinical social worker for over two years and was then licensed as an independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in 2012. Additionally, Dr. Miller is licensed in Maryland, Rhode Island, and California. He is also certified to provide substance abuse evaluations, and treatment referrals (SAP) set forth by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Dr. Miller holds the esteem certification of Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical SocialWork (BCD), the profession’s premier advanced-generalist practice certification, embodying the highest standards in the areas of clinical education, training, and experience.
He has trained and worked in a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric/psychological settings including outpatient mental health, private inpatient hospitals, and outpatient community mental health agencies working with young adults, adults, and elder adults. Warren has an extensive work history with working with medically fragile individuals living with chronic diseases.
Warren is engaged with inWLM Clinical Services, LLC on a part-time basis.
